Exynos 2600 again appears on the Geekbench database, surpassing Apple M5 scores

Samsung is working on its flagship Exynos 2600 chipset, which now again appears on Geekbench, revealing the equivalent scores to the Apple M5 chipset.  

​It’s been a long time since Samsung has been struggling hard to maintain its position and stand strong against its rival in the chipset market. Currently, it is working on its next-generation Exynos 2600 chipset based on its 2nm process.

​Multiple times, Samsung’s Exynos 2600 chipset has been spotted on the Geekbench database, showcasing impressive scores compared to its rivals. Meanwhile, now, a leaker @lafaiel on X shared a post revealing that the next-gen Exynos 2600 has now been listed on the Geekbench database again.

​According to the listing, the single-core of the chipset scored 4,217, and the multi-core scored 13,482. Noticeably, these scores are significantly higher than the previously leaked scores. One of the noticeable facts is that the upcoming 2nm-based Exynos 2600 chipset could be the first Samsung processor to come close to the performance of the Apple M5, which scored 4,263 and 17,862 points in single-core nd multi-core tests, respectively.

​The Exynos 2600 is a 10-core CPU, which includes a 4.20GHz Prime core, three 3.56GHz performance cores, and six 2.76GHz power-saving cores. Samsung also used Gate-All-Around (GAA) transistor technology to prevent electric leakage and improve energy efficiency.
