Samsung joins LH to unveil “Modular Home Solution”, its SmartThings-based AI Home

Samsung is looking forward to bringing some more advanced innovations and technologies to its smart home, and thus, the company will be presenting a next-level solution that is based on “AI Home”.

Well, Samsung Electronics is joining hands with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) to unveil and conduct an exhibition of a modular home solution, where the entire spotlight will be on “AI Home”. It will be conducted at the “2025 Smart Construction, Safety and AI Expo” at KINTEX in Ilsan, starting from November 5th to 7th.

At the same time, this expo will be showcasing some of the largest smart construction technologies, while approximately 250 companies will be participating.

Meanwhile, Samsung’s Modular Home Solution is a SmartThings-based AI home solution, which is perfectly optimized for modular development, where several smart home devices, such as AI-powered appliances, IoT elements like sensors, lighting, heating & cooling systems, energy, ventilation systems, and door locks, have been connected through SmartThings in order to optimize the home environment and increase efficiency.

Other than that, Samsung Electronics provides a turnkey-based modular construction, where residents could be able to instantly experience a smart and safe life via AI Home just by logging in after entering the smart home space.

The exhibition consists of five different spaces, including the entrance, living room, laundry room, bedroom, and kitchen, while the visitors will be able to directly experience four core values of the AI Home Solution:

Save time and energy efficiency, Secure of strong security and safety, Ease of use and convenience, and Care for the health of myself and my family.

Well, Yang Hye-soon, the Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ DA Business Division, spoke about the AI Home Smart Modular Home Solution, “We have collaborated with LH to introduce a smart modular home that applies AI home technology. Based on our smart modular home solution, we will provide user-centered innovation and present a new paradigm for the next-generation residential environment.”
