Gemini on Android Auto is now available on a wider basis; Here are new ways to try out.

From the limited availability earlier this month, Google has finally started widely releasing its new digital AI assistant, Gemini, replacing Google Assistant completely on Android Auto.

​Now, Google is starting to roll out Gemini, its newest digital AI assistant for Android Auto, allowing users to upgrade their old Google Assistant to Gemini on their phones. Meanwhile, the company has shared various features via its official blog post that will significantly take the user experience to the next level.

​Well, Gemini is way better and a truly conversational AI assistant on Android Auto; users need no hustle for their everyday tasks, just speak naturally to a new AI companion while driving the car. At the same time, Google has shared five interesting features that will eventually help in having an efficient and convenient experience for the users.

Send and edit messages:

​Gemini on Android Auto allows users to just start over with a message that misses a specific yet key detail, or users can manually add an ETA. Not just this, when a bunch of messages arrive at the time of driving, worry not, as Gemini will take over the pressure and can seamlessly summarize them, while also replying to them at once.

Google Maps gets a significant boost:

Now, Gemini offers useful insights about key businesses nearby from several reviews and common questions to help users discover and explore them with ease.

​Gemini on Android Auto is making it easier to stay productive while driving. Users need to just convert their Commute from Google to “done time” from “drive time,” and Gemini will allow users to access their key emails in Gmail even when driving. At the same time, Gemini will also help users to check their daily calendar, take essential notes, capture to-do lists, and much more to have a truly conversational experience without any hustle.

​It’s important to note that Gemini on Android Auto supports Google Tasks, Samsung Calendar, Samsung Notes, Google Calendar, Samsung Reminder, and Google Keep, at least for now, while the support for more third-party apps is coming in the future.
