Samsung is now looking forward to releasing the One UI 8.5 beta 2 update for the Galaxy S25 series, which is anticipated to bring new camera features to enhance the capturing experience.
Earlier this month, Samsung released the first One UI 8.5 beta update for the Galaxy S25 series in the US, UK, Korea, and Germany. With the first beta update, the company offered several convenient features, UI enhancements, upgrades, and more.
Recently, it was reported that Samsung could release the One UI 8.5 beta 2 update on December 22; however, the official timeline has yet to be released. Meanwhile, a new report has now revealed that the second beta version will bring “custom options for professional shooting.”

However, it remains unclear exactly how this pro mode camera feature will function. It’s expected that Samsung could allow you to save Pro camera settings, and parameters can be clubbed and saved to become a preset.
You are also allowed to share presets via Quick Share to use the same settings on other eligible Galaxy smartphones. It will be interesting to see how convenient this new pro mode camera feature will be to enhance the capturing experience.
