Samsung has released One UI 5.1.1 for selected devices, especially those equipped with large or flexible displays. With the latest update, the company has brought some new changes for the devices, such as now that the Edit call background option will be available under the contact details. To access this, you have to select any contact, then tap on the three dots. Here, you will now find the option to edit the call background.

The latest update is coming with a software package of 341.84 MB. It is using the same security patch level in the form of an April 2024 patch.
