Samsung Internet brings quick access to Samsung account with new update

Published

on

Samsung has introduced many utility applications that are added to the Galaxy ecosystem. The Samsung internet application is also one of them, which helps users browse the internet seamlessly and securely and also takes advantage of several options that will enhance the user experience. Now it has also brought quick access to the Samsung account with a new update.

Samsung Internet has received a new update, which is coming with the version number 23.0.8.2. When you update the application to the latest version, you will see that there will be a minor change: your Samsung account profile picture will be available at the right of the address bar. This will work as a shortcut button to redirect you to the Samsung account profile page. Here you will get all the significant options, like changing your profile picture, payment methods, settings of Samsung Pass, Find My Mobile, and other Samsung apps and services for all your devices.

Samsung Health’s new update supports the Galaxy Fit 3 and several new features

This is just similar to the Chrome browser, which also offers the same option to quickly access the Google account directly, but now it has changed and Samsung has adapted it. It is worth noticing that the profile option will only be visible when the search bar is empty, but if you search anything, it will disappear, and you will have to go back to the homepage to see it again.

Apart from this minor change, no significant change has arrived; however, if you are a Galaxy S24 buyer, then you will get some more new features with the Samsung Internet, like the summarization of web pages, which will be powered by AI, and it will also get improved language translation capabilities. And in the coming days, these features may also be available for the other Galaxy devices with One UI 6.1.

To get the latest update of Samsung Internet, you just need to open the Galaxy Store on your device, search for Samsung Internet, and then tap on the download button if available. If the update is not available yet, you can also sideload the application from this link.

Google Android Auto is successful in making its place in the hearts of the hearts of a lot of car drivers. With its convenience features and useful navigation system, infotainment has become very popular, and to maintain its popularity and consumer engagement in its service, Google frequently provides new updates where it aims to refine the usage of the application.

Google plans to reshape Android auto functionality in the future

Google is planning to unlock the potential of Android Auto with compatibility enhancement. The company is focused on bringing new applications for streaming and gaming, and cars equipped with Android Auto would like to see an increase in compatible apps thanks to the growing size of the in-car display. This will provide a new space to play games and stream more comfortably.

What’s new for developers?

Google is simplifying the process of adding new apps to Android Auto and cars with built-in Google software; this includes new guidelines for developing apps compatible with various screen sizes and shapes. The app’s development can require early review for streamlined authorization.

For more comfort for developers, the company will introduce a new tiered system where an app developer will make the application pass all three levels to finally publish on Android Auto.

Several new apps are coming to Android Auto and Android Automotive

There are several new apps that will be introduced for both Android Auto and Android Automotive. There will be some new streaming services, including Max and Peacock coming to cars with built-in Google from Renault, Polestar, and Volvo. Alongside the Angry Birds game, an Uber Driver app is arriving on Android, which will allow the user to accept rides, manage deliveries, and get directions directly on the car display.

Additionally, Google is testing some more messaging and weather-related apps for Android Auto, as well as videos, games, and browsers that are marked as coming soon.

PUBG Mobile has 20 million daily active players; now to enhance the gaming experience of millions of players PUBG Mobile is introducing new support for playing the game at a 120 fps frame rate on specific devices. Here’s the eligible device list.

PUBG Mobile Ultra Extreme Graphics Settings

Despite offering a high refresh rate option for a couple of years, PUBG Mobile ran at a maximum of 90 fps on all devices, but now a new version of the game brings convenient support for playing the game at a 120 fps frame rate (Ultra Extreme).

The latest PUBG Mobile 3.2 arrived in app stores on both Android and iOS on May 13 and added 120 fps (Ultra Extreme) to the graphics settings on select devices. A couple of days ago, before the release of the game’s 3.2 update, Samsung already revealed a list of supported devices, including some Galaxy smartphones, that are eligible for the new support.

List of Samsung Galaxy Devices that can run PUBG Mobile at 120 fps/ Ultra Extreme Graphics

  • Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • Galaxy S24+
  • Galaxy S24
  • Galaxy S23 Ultra
  • Galaxy S23+
  • Galaxy S23
  • Galaxy Z Fold 5

All the Galaxy devices mentioned above are eligible to support PUGB Mobile’s 120 fps mode, although the specific variant of the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ devices based on Exynos and Snapdragon doesn’t matter. By this point, we can expect the same will be true for any other Galaxy flagship that uses both Exynos and Snapdragon chips and receives support for running PUBG Mobile at 120 fps in the coming time.

You can easily download the PUBG Mobile update from both the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store on Galaxy smartphones, or you can also prefer the official PUBG Mobile website to download it directly.
