Samsung is off to a great start with the October 2024 security update rollout proceedings for its Galaxy devices. While the Samsung Galaxy S24 series just got the taste of the October 2024 security update in the US, the company’s current flagships, the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra, have begun getting the update in Europe.
Although Samsung is a bit late in its release schedule, it has started dispatching the October 2024 security update for the Galaxy S24 series in some European countries.
The October security patch with the S921BXXS3AX18, S926BXXS3AX18, and S928BXXS3AX18 firmware versions for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra holds an update size of 460.00 MB.
Perhaps Samsung has already detailed the October 2024 security bulletin; this aforementioned update doesn’t carry any new features or changes, but a minor security update, though. There are several key improvements to the device’s overall security that significantly help Galaxy users have a more safe and secure environment.
What’s more is that the update further adds plenty of relevant enhancements to the device’s overall functionality, adds stability to the device’s behavior, resolves certain known bugs, brings performance optimizations, and applies the latest security patches, all while providing a smooth, stable, and more optimized software experience.
