Galaxy Ring 2 Launch May Come Sooner, Featuring Sleeker Build and Upgraded Features

Samsung launched its ever-first smart wearable ring named Galaxy Ring in July at the Unpacked Event this year, and now it has already started working on the next-gen Galaxy Ring.

Initially, Samsung debuted the Galaxy Ring in limited regions, including the US, Korea, the UK, Germany, and France; later, it expanded its availability in more regions. Now the company is looking forward to expanding the Galaxy Ring family by debuting a new model.

According to a new report, Samsung is preparing a new wearable smart ring named Galaxy Ring 2. However, the report didn’t mention any specific and detailed information regarding the upcoming ring; it just hints at the existence of Galaxy Ring 2.

Reportedly, Samsung will debut the Galaxy Ring 2 sooner than initially planned. It is expected to boast better battery life to make it breathe longer than the standard variant and is rumored to be thinner and bring more features to enhance the user experience.

Recently, the Samsung Galaxy Ring qualified for FSA or HSA reimbursements in the US; as a result, it can be claimed as a medical expense. The original Galaxy Ring is currently available in nine different size options, starting from size 5 to size 13. It remains to be seen whether the Galaxy Ring 2 will also be available in 9 sizes or if the company will offer more size options.
