The device is highly anticipated to bring a new revolution to the tech market. Now a new report suggested that Samsung will make the Galaxy S25 Ultra in three variants based on storage.
A tipster on X, revealed the memory variants of the forthcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra, according to which two variants will be available in 16GB RAM and another one in 12GB RAM.

If the report is to be believed, the memory package of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will include three variants, which are as follows:
- 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage
- 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage
- 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage
The entire Galaxy S25 series is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and will run Android 15-based One UI 7. The color variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra have already leaked, which are mentioned below:
