Galaxy Tab S8 Users Get Closer to Experiencing One UI 7

Samsung is actively working on releasing the stable One UI 7 update soon to its old flagship devices, including the Galaxy Tab S8 series, as it is spotted running Android 15 on the Geekbench database.

Samsung usually release One UI beta program to its latest and a few old flagship devices. But this time it seems that Samsung is looking forward to ditching its ritual by not expanding the latest One UI 7 beta to older Galaxy devices.

Recently it was reported that the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, and Galaxy A-series devices will not receive any One UI 7 beta update. If this report comes true, then the Galaxy S24 series will be the only one to take part in the One UI 7 beta program.

Currently, the Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G was spotted running Android 15 on the Geekbench database. This hinted that Samsung could release the stable One UI 7 based on Android 15 to the Galaxy Tab S8 series as soon as possible once it started expanding the stable update. According to the database, the Single-Core of the Galaxy Tab S8+ scored 1733, and the Multi-Core scored 3953.

The Galaxy S25 series is already highly anticipated to run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box, which will debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event next year on 22 January.
