One UI 7 stable for carrier-locked Galaxy A54 expands across the US

Samsung Galaxy A54 models already received the One UI 7 stable update in the US; meanwhile, the company is now looking towards expanding the update across the country.
The stable update for the Galaxy A54 was earlier limited to the Verizon carrier and is currently available on more carriers in the US, including T-Mobile, MetroPCS, and USCellular. It will reach unlocked devices shortly.
More specifically, the latest stable firmware has been identified with the build number, A546USQUBDYE5 for all the carrier-locked A54 models.
It significantly brings some essential capabilities of Android 15. At the same time, it brought about a host of new features and enhancements, including the ability to check all the key notifications right on the lock screen via the Now Bar without unlocking the phone, it adds a more sophisticated UI, brings a more simplified home screen and widgets are more customizable now, get live updates for sports, news and other activities.
Beyond this, the update further adds more improved Galaxy AI features; however, not all the functions of Galaxy AI will be accessible. This eventually aims to offer a more smooth, and efficient user experience.
Also, the update integrates the May 2025 security patch to protect the device against external threats and improves the device’s overall security and core functionality.
