
Samsung’s One UI 8 progress has apparently impressed the Galaxy audience, despite being a version that, however, only ended up bringing various feature upgrades and enhancements when compared to One UI 7. Meanwhile, starting next week, the One UI 8 beta program will be open for more Galaxy devices; India-based Galaxy owners are going to make the most out of it.
In case you missed it! Samsung has already clarified that the ongoing Android 16-based One UI 8 beta program will be available for more Galaxy devices, beginning next week, basically, from August 11th in India, alongside more countries, including the US, South Korea, and the UK.
Initially, the Galaxy S25 series was treated with the latest One UI 8 beta program in May, and now, the Galaxy S24 series, along with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, will be joining the beta program from next week.
Therefore, users can join the One UI beta program via the Samsung Members app and tune in to multimodal capabilities such as activating Google Gemini by pairing Galaxy Buds 3.
At the same time, Samsung further confirmed that the One UI 8 beta program will then be expanded to more eligible Galaxy smartphones, consisting of the S series’ Galaxy S23 series alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5, followed by a few A series devices such as the A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54.
