Samsung dropped One UI 9 Beta 2 for the Galaxy S26 series on May 26, barely two weeks after Beta 1 launched. The pace is notable. This kind of quick turnaround points to a company that wants One UI 9 stable and ready well ahead of its public rollout.
Germany, South Korea, the UK, and the US are receiving the update first. India and Poland are joining the beta program for the first time with this build, and users there can sign up through the Samsung Members app.
One thing worth flagging for Phase 2 participants: the June 2026 security patch is included in this build, which is an added bonus beyond the beta fixes themselves.
Do not expect new features here. Samsung used this build to work through the rough edges that testers flagged after Beta 1, and the fixes are practical rather than cosmetic. Lock screen behaviour, app reliability, and a few persistent settings issues were all on the list.
Anyone already enrolled can pull the update from Settings, then Software Update, then Download and Install.
