One UI 5 & Android 13 Available For Galaxy S20 FE

Samsung has already released the Android 13 stable update for the Galaxy S20 series around two weeks ago. The Galaxy S20 FE being the latest smartphone of the S20 series, it doesn’t get any advantage by that. According to its name Fan Edition, it doesn’t seem to be active in terms of software giving updates to its fans.

But finally, the company released a stable Android 13 update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone. It can identify the latest update by its firmware number, G780FXXUAEVK3. Currently, the One UI 5 update is available in Russia. However, the Korean giant will soon expand the One UI 5.0 update to other countries. The update also brings the November 2022 security patch, which includes nearly 3 dozen CVE items as well as 26 SVE items that protect from security vulnerabilities.

Notably, the Galaxy S21 FE device is still on the waiting list. According to the Android 13 update schedule, it will get the One UI 5.0 in December, But it can also receive the update earlier than that, as we observed several devices got their update earlier than the expected month. 

Since the Galaxy S20 FE launched with Android 10 back in 2020, now receiving the 3rd Android; moreover, according to reports, it will be the last major Android update for the S20 FF device. The phone was launched to provide a similar experience to Users as the S20 series phones but at an affordable price.
