The US division of the company has received one Gold and two Bronze awards from the International Customer Experience Awards 2022. Gold has been earned for the best innovation in the Customer Experience category (Over 10,000 Employees).
The division is chosen for this award because of its best-in-class customer support just via text message. Samsung US provides an excellent service to its customers, which is available 24/7/365. Senior Vice President of Samsung Customer Care, Mark Williams, has stated: “The changes made over the last year have resulted in more than a million US consumers receiving ‘best-in-class’ support via text messaging,.” He added, “We’re truly honored to be recognized by the International Customer Experience Awards. In the award distribution, the division has also received two bronze in Best Digital Customer Experience (over 1,000 employees) and Customer Experience Team of the year (B2C – Business to Consumer).
