Samsung is currently performing the testing of One UI 5.1 internally with multiple Galaxy devices. The One UI 5.1’s testing has reached nearly all premium Galaxy devices, such as the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4. Now Samsung has moved its legs towards mid-range devices as well. Recently, the clue of One UI 5.1’s testing in a Galaxy A series device has been found; let’s take a look at them.
As per the image spread all around the internet, the devices have model no. SM-A536E (Galaxy A53 5G) has recently been spotted on a testing website with the firmware version A536EXXU4CWA1. Because this update is featured under the One UI update category, it is undoubtedly the One UI 5.1, as the respective device has already gotten the previous One UI 5.0.
Notably, as the testing has reached the mid-range devices as well, Samsung is planning to make it available for max to max eligible devices at the soonest possible pace. Informatively, the One UI 5.1 will first be introduced on 1st Feb 2023, with the Galaxy S23 series out of the box, which is also officially confirmed.
