Breaking: Samsung Galaxy S21 series are getting S23’s Image Clipper feature

Samsung, the renowned South Korean technology company, has yet again demonstrated its promise to ensure the mobile safety and security of its customers’ mobile devices. In its latest move, the company has initiated the rollout of the highly anticipated April 2023 security update for its popular Galaxy S21 series.

Samsung smartphone users can now take advantage of the latest update that brings a highly sought-after feature to their devices. The Galaxy S23’s exclusive Image Clipper feature, which allows users to cut a specific object from an image and save it as a separate file, is now available to users of the Galaxy S21 smartphone series. Reports from a Twitter user indicate that users who have updated their phones to the latest firmware build “EWCH” can now access the Image Clipper feature on their Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra as well.

Previously, the Image clipper feature has already available for Galaxy S22 Series, Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Apart from expanding its reach, the April 2023 security update for the Galaxy S21 series comes with various fixes to enhance the device’s performance and security. The update addresses multiple security flaws in Exynos, Samsung’s in-house chipset, and several issues related to Google’s Android operating system. The update targets 66 security flaws, out of which 55 are related to Android.
