Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event Rumored for Late July
To showcase the new series of two of its top-notch lineups- the Galaxy S flagship and Galaxy Z foldable series, Samsung always holds an Unpacked Event. The first event is held at the beginning of the year (For the Galaxy S flagship), and the 2nd one is held in the second half of the year (For the Galaxy Z foldable series). This year the smartphone flagship has already been launched now, it’s time for the foldable series.

As per the rumours, this year, the 2nd Galaxy Unpacked Event will be held in the last week of July. Usually, the Galaxy Foldable Unpacked Event is held in August, but this time it will be a little early. There may be some reasons behind this early launch. It is possible that the company is launching these devices sooner to prevent any casualties possible from happening due to Galaxy Z foldable and Pixel Fold’s competition.

The last letter ‘U’ in the model number points to the fact that this mode refers to a variant for the US market. It scored 1,964 points in the single-core round of the test and 6,619 points in the multi-core round. The listing reveals the existence of an octa-core processor with the codename pineapple, a 1+3+2+2 core configuration, and an Adreno 750 GPU. Apart from these, one chief core is clocked at 3.40 GHz, and the remaining three performance cores are at 3.15 GHz.
This points out that Samsung could power the forthcoming Galaxy foldable with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3processor. The Geekbench database suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will arrive with 12GB of RAM and Android 14. However, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 already appeared on the 3C certification website, which suggested support for 25W fast charging, and now it is expected that this device will also visit other certification websites soon.
