Last week, Samsung announced the One UI 5.1.1 update, and just after the next day, the company started rolling out the update to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Tab S8 devices. Now the company is expanding it to more devices; currently, the update is live for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 device.
One UI 5.1.1 brings several new improvements
One UI 5.1.1 is the latest skin of Samsung, which is specially designed for large screen devices. It is worth noticing that the latest update brings several new enhancements and improvements to many existing functions of Galaxy devices, including multitasking, taskbar, flex mode, quick share, Samsung Health, camera, gallery, and many more.

Apart from these enhancements, some new features are also added, like drag and drop with two hands, continuing using your phone while charging another drive through wireless charging, and with the new update, your device will manage the storage smartly. When you’re running low on space in your internal storage, app cache information will be shown when you analyze storage in My Files. Clearing app caches can help you free up space without deleting files or apps.
Currently, the latest update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available in Europe; users can identify the latest update by the firmware version number F721BXXU4DWH5. The update also brings the latest security patch in the form of the August 2023 security patch.
The latest update is now live in Europe. You should get a notification whenever the update will be available on your device. If you don’t receive the notification yet, you can either wait for some more time or check the update manually by going to the main system settings.
