Samsung’s team of developers will start releasing the new version of the company’s custom interface, One UI 6.0, based on Android 14, and this will affect most of the Korean giant’s devices. It is worth noticing that the company will introduce the beta program to the limited countries that are already declared as beta participants. For your information, there are seven countries in total that are on the list of beta participants. The list includes China, Germany, India, Poland, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
But before the release of the final version, Samsung’s developers will make beta versions available to those interested for a range of smartphones and tablets, thus allowing them to preview the new interface and discover any bugs so that the appropriate resolutions can be found before the large-scale rollout.
After introducing the One UI 6 beta updates to eligible devices, the company will introduce the stable update to other Galaxy devices. Among these devices, some are the latest ones that have debuted on the market in the current year.
As these devices are introduced after the release of Android 13-based One UI 5.1 or One UI 5.1.1, they also come out of the box with it. Some of the devices that were released earlier this year have received only some general security updates, while others were recently introduced at an unpacked event. Moreover, all of them are waiting for the major update. Let’s know about the devices that will grab Android 14 as their first major update.
