One UI 5.1.1 is now live for Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 in Asia

Samsung has rolled out a new patch update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. These devices have already received the One UI 5.1.1 update in other parts of the world, including the US and Europe. Now the company is expanding the update to the Asia region.

The latest update for the third-generation foldables is now live in two Asian countries, including India and Malaysia. Users can identify the latest update by the firmware version numbers. For the Galaxy Z Fold 3, it is coming with the number F926BXXU5FWH5, and for the Galaxy Z Flip 3, the update is carrying the different version number F711BXXU6FWH3.

One UI 5.1.1 is one of the significant updates for foldable devices. In this new iteration, the company has brought many new improvements to several functions, such as multitasking, taskbars, Flex Mode, quick sharing, Samsung Health, and more.

Apart from enhancements under existing system-level apps, the company has also updated the drag-and-drop feature, which helps to move files from one folder to another. Now users can use the device while charging other devices with wireless battery sharing, and the device’s memory management is also improved.
