Samsung is continuously working on developing its latest One UI skin, One UI 6. Earlier, the company updated the Galaxy S23 devices with OneUI 6 beta updates gradually. With these updates, Samsung has introduced several new features and improvements. Moving forward, the company has introduced one more beta update for the Galaxy devices.
Galaxy S23, S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra receiving new One UI 6.0 beta update
The latest One UI 6 beta update does not bring any new features for the devices; according to the official changelog, the latest update only brings some fixes to the internal functions of the device. It fixes the reset issue during AP power typesetting when using a WiFi AP that supports 6 GHz.
Samsung has rolled out the late beta update in several countries, including the UK, South Korea, Germany, India, Poland, and the USA. This will be the fourth beta update coming with ZWIB. The update is now available in all countries except China. It will soon be available there as well.
As the earlier beta update comes with the September 2023 security update, which is the latest patch for Galaxy devices, this time it uses the same security patch. It means you will get the same security enhancements that were available with the last update.
Apart from the Galaxy S23, Samsung has also opened the One UI 6 beta program for more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy A34, in several countries, including the UK and Korea. However, they have only received the first update.
As the latest beta update for the Galaxy S23 doesn’t contain a large amount of fixes, it is possible that the company may be fully prepared to release the One UI 6 beta update; however, it still takes time because Google hasn’t released the stable Android 14 yet, so whenever Google unveils it, Samsung will start rolling out the One UI 6 update for Galaxy devices.
