One UI 6.0 Beta 5 update released for Galaxy S23 Series: What’s new
More than a month ago, Samsung released the One UI 6.0 beta update to the Galaxy S23 for the first time. Since then, the South Korean firm has released four more beta updates with feature additions and bug fixes.
The Galaxy S23 series is receiving the fifth beta of One UI 6.0. So far, this package is available in the UK, Poland, India, and Germany and has the firmware version ZWIK. The update includes the October 2023 security patch and has a total weight of about 735MB.

Samsung’s One UI 6.0 Beta 5 update is here, and it brings along a host of exciting fixes and improvements that promise to enhance your smartphone experience. The update brings a number of bug fixes and improvements, including:

- Fixed the problem of not being able to record during a call
- Fixed no touch at the bottom of the screen or ghost touch issue
- Fixed the issues of stuck after entering camera, forced termination and not being able to take pictures
- Fixed the problem of not being able to use Motion Photo
- Fixed infinite rebooting problem when entering Maintenance Mode
- Many other improvements
The One UI 6.0 beta program is available to users in the Germany, United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and Germany. To enroll in the program, users must have a Galaxy S23, S23+, or S23 Ultra that is running the latest software. Once enrolled, users can receive beta updates over the air.
To install the One UI 6.0 Beta 5 update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If the update is available, it will be listed under Available Updates. Tap Download and install to start the download and installation process.
