Today, Samsung India opened the International Business Centre (IBC) in Surat as the second premium experience store in the state of Gujarat. Earlier this year, the first Samsung store in the state of Gujarat was established in Ahmedabad. With more than 2500 square feet of space, the premium experience store in Surat is intended to serve as a one-stop shop for sales, services, and engaging customer experiences. This makes it clear that the number of official experience stores in India is expected to rise. The initial plan was that 13 new Samsung Experience Stores would be built across nine different locations by 2023, but now the tenth location has been added.
All of Samsung’s product lines, including SmartThings, laptops, smartphones, audio equipment, gaming consoles, and lifestyle televisions, have their own unique areas within the stores. The store, which is located in the well-known International Business Center of Surat, functions as both a business hub and a community culture hub. This store was launched with the objective of attracting Gen Z customers. The upscale experience shop’s “Learn @ Samsung” seminars include digital art, sketching, photography, culinary arts, fitness, coding, and music. It improves the user experience in SmartThings, gaming, audio, and other special areas.
Samsung Discontinues Software Support for a Number of Galaxy Devices
Incorporating Surat City flavor into the Samsung Experience, the store will provide a variety of entertainment events with a specific emphasis on local music, art, and culture. Clients will be able to explore and order products using a digital kiosk, giving them the option to pick them up from the store or have them delivered home. Demo units will be available for clients to test before making a purchase. Not only can customers choose Samsung Care+ plans for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches in-store, but they can also utilize Samsung’s digital lending business, Samsung Finance+. In addition, customers may schedule in-store servicing calls for their consumer electronics goods and take advantage of hassle-free smartphone after-sales care.

After making purchases of Samsung products worth INR 15000 and above, customers who visit the store within the first two weeks of its launch will receive two times as many loyalty points and the Galaxy Buds 2 for INR 2999. Customers who use credit and debit cards from all the top banks will additionally receive 10% in bank cashback.
