Samsung Electronics Italia announced that it is opening the first Samsung Experience Store, initially at II Centro in Arese.
Designed as a one-stop shop for sales and service, the store offers the visitor mesmerizing experiences in the presence of the entire ecosystem of Galaxy devices. The Samsung Experience store joins the list of sixteen Samsung Customer Service Stores that go separate ways throughout Italy and offer advanced services and exclusive after-sales assistance to Samsung customers.
noticeably, the one in Arese in the first service center opened in a shopping center, with service available 7 days a week. The exclusive store, which covers an area of 160 sqm, is on the ground floor of a shopping mall between entrances 3 and 4. The key reason behind this is just to redefine the way customers interact with technology and offer the possibility to test and buy new Galaxy devices, including notebooks, tablets, wearables, and the latest smartphones such as the Galaxy S24.
The current latest Galaxy S24 series will permit visitors to experience the AI-powered features under the title Galaxy AI first-hand and discover how to make everyday life more creative, convenient, and fun. From barrier-free communication thanks to features such as Live Translation and Chats Assistant and Circle to Search with Google, these AI-powered tools make your daily lives more effortless and seamless.
