Galaxy A23 receiving November 2023 update in several countries

Samsung has updated several devices with new software versions that belong to the flagship category. These were added in the first phase, then it turned the focus to midrange devices and is still expanding for them. This month, there are two types of firmware: one is One UI 6 and another is the November 2023 patch. Now, continue rolling out the update to the Galaxy A23 and Galaxy A23 5G, but currently, it is serving security patches only.

November 2023 is the latest security patch for Galaxy devices. It is one of the parts of the maintenance update that doesn’t bring any new features, but it will come with some new enhancements for the security of devices.

In detail, it will bring more than 60 fixes. More specifically, 49 patches are included by Google, and 15 fixes are added by Samsung, which exclusively enhance the overall performance of the devices.

The latest update for the LTE variant of A23 is now available in several Asian countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the UAE, Tunisia, and Turkey. Meanwhile, the 5G variant is receiving the same update in some European countries, including Croatia, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and the UK.

Users who own the Galaxy A23 LTE can identify the latest update by the firmware version number, A235FXXS4CWK2. The update for the 5G variant is coming with firmware version number A236BXXS4CWK2.

If you are also using the Galaxy A23 LTE or Galaxy A23 5G in the above-mentioned regions, you can now update the devices by following these steps: Go to the settings, scroll down to the software update menu, tap on the download and install option, and then wait until it finishes searching and click on the download button when it shows a new update is available.
