Samsung Galaxy XCover 7: Leaked Memory, Storage, and Pricing Details
Samsung is bringing back its rugged lineup very soon, as the upcoming model, the Galaxy XCover 7, made its appearance on several certification websites. But the known specifications regarding the model are not revealed by these certification listings. Now we have our hands on a prominent leak that revealed a few technical specifications and the price range of the model. Tipster Roland Quandt (@rquandt) put forth this information on his X account.
The leak suggests that the Galaxy XCover 7 will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ display. A little over €400 is mentioned as the estimated price. It will include a substantial 128 GB of storage and 6 GB of RAM. Assuming the rumor is accurate, the screen size of the XCover 7 remains the same at 6.6 inches, much like the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. At the same time, it would be a disappointment after waiting these long years. This is what the manufacturer has in store for its XCover lineup.
Also, it is reported that the phone may include a 4,000 mAh user-removable battery. This is also similar to what Samsung’s last rugged phone received. Its BIS-certified listing verified that Bluetooth 5.3 connection compatibility was provided. With one of the One UI skins, the Galaxy XCover 7 will run Android 14 software. It supports a camera resolution of at least 200MP for capturing images, and for video recording, there is support for up to 30fps 4K recording. The storage supported is UFS v3.1, and RAM will be of the LPDDR4x/5 type.

Verizon has rolled out the March 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices. Earlier, these devices had received the same update outside the US, but now they are gradually expanding to the US.
