Notably, the Galaxy Z Flip LTE and Galaxy Z Flip 5G devices are in the US. More specifically, the update is spotted in the locked variant and unlocked variants of the Galaxy Z Flip LTE with the version numbers F700USQS8JXA2 and F700U1UES8JXA1, respectively. The 5G variant is getting an update on the unlocked and locked firmware version numbers F707U1UES6IXA1 and F707USQS6IXA2, respectively.
The January update is one of the minor software updates, so don’t expect any new features or major changes for your device. The update is only aimed at enhancing the overall security of the devices and will make some necessary fixes to eradicate the loopholes, so you will get a more protected environment on your devices.
