One UI 6.1
One UI 6.1 Will Arrive for Mid-Rangers, But Update Timeline Unclear
Samsung has started testing the One UI 6.1 update on the midrange device. This is not too surprising because it has already been decided by the company to bring the update to all the devices that have already received the One UI 6.0 update, so for preparation, the company has started testing the update on the Galaxy A53 5G devices.
Samsung is working hard without taking any rest. Last year, it rolled out a new update in the form of One UI 6.0, which is still expanding to some remaining devices, and recently, the company introduced its latest flagship device, the Galaxy S24 series, which comes with One UI 6.1 software. Now, users of older devices are excited about the availability of the new software update.
According to the information available, it is confirmed that Samsung will introduce the One UI 6.1 update to some limited devices, including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series, but it will take a longer time than expected. Based on the last year, we have seen the One UI 5.1 be available on several devices in a few days, but this time it will take some time. According to further information, the company will introduce its new February 2024 security patch with One UI 6.0. Therefore, we can assume that the company will provide the next One UI update at the beginning of March.
While we talk about the expansion of the update to other devices, including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, and older models, it will take some more time to reach the other older devices, so the new firmware of the Galaxy A53 doesn’t give any excitement because it doesn’t provide any information about the availability of the One UI 6.1. So, continue to follow us for more news about the One UI 6.1.
