Samsung has introduced several new features with the One UI 6.1, which are revealed with the Galaxy S24 series devices. This functionality was previously available in the SmartThings Find section, which was available under the SmartThings application.
Samsung Find brings the function of finding devices to a dedicated app
Samsung’s Find application will be the new solution to make the tracking of Galaxy devices easier and more convenient. The new application has grabbed all the same features that exist in the Smart Things, SmartThings Find section.
If you want to take advantage of the new application, then you have to just open the Galaxy Store, search for Samsung, find the application, and tap on the install button. It is worth noting that the application comes with version 1.0.40. It comes with a software package of 70MB.
The Samsung Find application is available for Galaxy devices equipped with One UI 6.1, so it is obvious that the application is currently limited to Galaxy S24 series devices, and later it will be available to more Galaxy devices when One UI 6.1 is expanded.

For your information, Samsung Find will allow you to find the location of your different Galaxy devices, including tablets, laptops, SmartTags, etc. The app includes three different tabs, such as Devices, Items, and People. The devices tab shows all your devices; the item tab lists all your smart tags; and the third one is People, which will show you the location of your family members if they are sharing the location with you. With this app, you can also share your location with other people and find your device by clicking the Make Sound feature.
