Verizon updates 13 Samsung Galaxy Phones for the February 2024 Security Patch in the USA
Samsung has done a very appreciative job in terms of distributing the February 2024 security patch for Galaxy devices. It has already brought the update to several devices, from high-end to mid-range smartphones, but now the update is rapidly expanding to the US market.
According to the information, Verizon has rolled out the update to multiple Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, S20 FE, S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, A53 5G, and A15. If we include all the models of the devices, there are a total of 13 devices available that are getting new updates.
Users who own the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 can identify the latest update by the firmware version numbers F946USQS2BXAD and F731USQS2BXAD, respectively. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are receiving the update with the firmware version numbers F926USQS5HXAC and F711USQS6HXAC, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra are receiving the update with the firmware version number S91*USQS2BXAD. The Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra are getting a new update with the firmware version number G98*VSQS8HXA1. The Fand edition of the Galaxy S20 FE is getting a new update with version G781VSQSCHXA1.
Additionally, there are two more midrange devices, the Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A15, getting a new update with the firmware version number. A536VSQSADXA6 and A156USQS1AXA7, respectively.
