Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Series Has One New Member: May Be An Ultra Variant

Spread the love

Samsung is actively working on its next generation foldable, obviously the Galaxy Z Fold 6. And maybe also for the Ultra variant this time.

Usually, the Korean giants introduce one foldable series in a year, which generally includes two devices: Fold and Flip; for instance, last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. But now the reports are saying something else: that the brand is also gearing up to add one more variant to the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6, as an Ultra variant.

From the MWC in Barcelona, we’ve learned about the latest cheap foldable smartphone, which will also arrive in Italy. Meanwhile, rumors and leaks are waving around regarding the Galaxy Z Fold 6, that this will be a cheaper model, and even the alleged technical sacrifices.

Despite all the leaks and rumors, the recent leak from Mobile World Congress is revealing that Samsung has a totally different strategy this time for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 as compared to leaks and rumors.

According to the reports, the brand could introduce two variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 6. One may be a bit affordable, and the second will be more expensive, being an Ultra variant. It appears that the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra will lead the giants to align the strategy of the Fold range with that of the well-known Galaxy S series.

However, at the moment,  it is not clear exactly what new features and key specifications could make the ultra variant even more valuable. From the diagonal of the display to the memory cuts, from camera setup to the support of the S Pen, there are uncountable parts in which the brand could differentiate the two models.

Also, the foldable codenamed ‘Q6A’ is already rumored to be identified with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra. Although Samsung has not revealed anything officially yet, these are all just speculations and expectations.
