Galaxy Tab A8 LTE now started getting One UI 6.0 (Android 14) update in Europe

Samsung has already rolled out the One UI 6.0 update for all the eligible Galaxy devices except the Galaxy Tab A8, but now, finally, the list is complete as the update for the last device has now arrived in Europe.

Notably, the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab A8 is now getting an update in Europe. The update is carrying the version number X205XXU3DXB3. While using the Wi-Fi variant, users have to wait for some time. The latest update will provide some new features and improvements to several existing applications. It is worth noticing that this will be the last major update for the device.

According to Changelog, the latest update for the Galaxy Tab A8 is getting several new innovations under the different functions, including Quick Panel, Lock Screen, Home Screen, Multitasking, Link to Windows, and many more. Even though it is an older patch, it will still be useful for the devices.

If you are using the Galaxy Tab A8 in Europe, then you should start receiving the new update notification on your devices, or in case you haven’t received it yet, you can still check it manually by following some simple steps: Tap on the settings, then go to the software update menu. Now tap on the Download and Install button. If it shows a new update available, you can update your device to the latest update.

The Galaxy Tab A8 was launched back in 2021 and came with Android 11 out of the box. Later,  it received two major updates in the form of Android 12 and Android 13. Now, it is getting its last major update in the form of Android 14.Now, it will no longer be eligible to get any major updates, but it will still be eligible to get some new updates in the form of security patches.
