Samsung Galaxy Users Report Issues with RCS Messaging

Spread the love

Google Messages is one of the most common applications used on Android devices. The main reason behind it is its unique feature, RCS (rich communication service). It provides the facility to make communication more secure and take traditional SMS and MMS services to the next level by removing the limitations and adding some new features. However, currently, some Galaxy users are having some issues while using the service on their devices.

RCS service is not warning on Samsung devices

According to reports, some users are having issues while using the RCS services. It is worth noticing that the issue is limited to Samsung’s Messenger app, while if users use the Google Messenger application, it will start to work normally.

Further, some users also reported that they are currently having problems with RCS with those who are using Samsung devices. However, there is no exact hint that caused the issue; currently, there is no official statement from Google or Samsung on this matter.

Apart from reporting the issues, some users have also suggested some tips to fix the issues, like force-stopping the app and clearing data. However, these methods provide temporary relief from the issue as it reappears after a while.

As a part of communication, the issue could be addressed soon as several are facing it; however, it is not confirmed that the issue will be addressed with a proper update or that the that the company will fix it directly from the server.
