Google Messages Beta Gets an Upgrade: New Interface for Sending Voice Notes
The Google Messenger team is constantly developing new changes for the application. In the last couple of months, it has grabbed the custom RCS themes; it has also had reaction effects; and many more. Now, with the latest development, it is evident that the audio sending interface has been changed.
According to the information, Google has introduced a new interface design for sending audio functionality, which gives an aesthetic look that merges with the overall chat tab interface. The latest update is coming with version number 20240312_00_RC00. But currently, it is available in beta, so it will be available to limited users.
When you send any recording file, it will bring a new interface for the slider for the reproduction of audio content. In the previous version, it only provided a thin line and a circle to indicate the precise point of playback; the new version of the slider contains more elements. Now it has a vertical line, and on the right is a dot that acts as a stop indicator for the inactive track.
As per the screenshots that arrived, the new interface for previewing audio content is displayed in the text field, while a different interface is displayed when the message is sent.
If you want to try all these features, then just go to the Play Store and open the Google Messenger page, then join the beta program. Once the registration is successful, you will get a new update and download it.
