Samsung rolls out the March 2024 security patch for two Galaxy A series devices

Samsung has rolled out the March 2024 security patch update for almost all the devices that belong to the high-end or midrange categories; now it has turned its focus to the remaining budget-range devices, including the Galaxy A05s and Galaxy A02s. 

Notably, the Galaxy A05s and Galaxy A02s are getting a March 2024 security patch update in some Asian countries. They are carrying the firmware version numbers A057FXXS2BXC3 and A025FXXS7CXC1, respectively. For your information, the latest update for your device will bring some security-related enhancements.

Going into details, the March update will bring more than 40 fixes for different security vulnerabilities. From them, there are 37 fixes introduced by Google that improved the functioning of the Android OS on all Android devices. Along with this, the update also brings nine more patches, which are added by Samsung for Galaxy devices exclusively.

Moreover, the update may also bring some more significant changes to the device, which can enhance its overall performance and stability. If you are getting any issues while using any function of the devices from the last update, then you should also try the latest update, as it may fix that issue.

The March 2024 security patch is now live for Galaxy A05s and Galaxy A02s in Asia. If you are also using these devices, then now you can update them to the latest update simply by going to the software update menu via system settings.
