The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is next in line to take the users’ upgraded experience to the next level with the Exynos 2500 chipset.

As we already reported, along with the next-generation Galaxy S25 series, Samsung could avoid dependence on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset. Recent reports are also saying the same: Samsung is considering powering the Galaxy S25 with an in-house Exynos 2500 chipset along with faster AI as well as Google TPU.

Google’s Pixel 8 series, powered by Google Tensor G3 (4 nm), brings on-device AI, faster GMS functions, and powerful machine learning capabilities to mobile, and now it appears that Samsung is about to benefit from Google’s lead in AI.

This is being speculated as a tipster on X shared a post that unveiled the changes in the AI engine. According to the post from 2200 to 2400, the Korean giants kept developing their neural processor as well as their digital signal processor; however, that didn’t boost the Android ML layer or Google Mobile Service System App Services.

If the reports are to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy S25 could be powered by an Exynos 2500 SoC, which could bring one G-NPU, one S-NPU, and a new component labeled TPU. We anticipate that the Exynos 2200 will feature a single G-NPU, while the Exynos 2400 will feature both a G-NPU and an S-NPU.
