Samsung Releases May 2024 Security Patch for Galaxy S22 Series in South Korea

Samsung has rolled out the May 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy S22 series of devices, including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. Earlier, the company rolled out the update for the Galaxy S22 device in Europe, and as of writing, the update has been spotted in South Korea and is expected to be available in more countries.

The May 2024 security patch for Galaxy S22 series devices is spotted in South Korea with the firmware version number S90*NKSS4EXE3. The latest update for the device doesn’t bring any significant changes for the devices, but it will improve the overall security of the Galaxy devices.

Moreover, if you find any issues while using the Galaxy S22 series device in any particular function, then the latest patch may improve the overall performance and stability by addressing some extra issues.

It is worth noticing that this is the first update after the OneUI 6.1 arrival, which has brought several innovations to the devices, and after using several new functions, several users have reported the problem, so if you want to get rid of that issue, then you should go for the latest May 2024 security patch update.

If you are using the Galaxy S22 device in South Korea, then now you can update the device to the latest version by going to the system software update from the system settings, or if you have received a notification, you can also go to the software update menu by tapping on it.
