Samsung Begins Rolliing Out June 2024 Security Update for Galaxy S24 Series in the US

Samsung has already revealed the details of the June 2024 security patch in the dedicated bulletin on its official website; however, this time the company got late by over a week to introduce the update to the eligible devices. The good news for Galaxy S24 users is now here, as they will receive the latest patch update in the initial phase.

US Galaxy S24 Users Receive June 2024 Security Update

As of writing, the Galaxy S24 series devices are spotted getting a June 2024 security patch update in the US. More specifically, the update started rolling out of the locked variants of the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra with the firmware version numbers S921USQS2AXE4, S926USQS2AXE4, and S928USQS2AXE4, respectively. The update is currently available only on the US cellular network, and it is expected that it will soon be available on more networks.

The June 2024 security patch for the Galaxy S24 series only brings new security-related enrichment, which will improve the device’s internal mechanisms.
