Samsung has rolled out the May 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy A72 with firmware version number A725FXXS8FXE3. As of this writing, the update is spotted in several countries, including Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. With the May 2024 security patch update, the company has shared the standard changelog with the exact wording, saying it will improve the device’s reliability and security.

As per the official documentation, the May 2024 security patch will provide more than 50 fixes. Google has introduced 31 patches to enhance the working of the devices, and Samsung has also added 25 more patches to improve the security of the Galaxy devices.

The May 2024 security patch is now live for the Galaxy A72. Here, touch the “download and install option” and wait until it finishes searching for the new update. Then, tap on the download button.
