In the latest response from the moderator, it is considered a new upgrade for the Quick setting, where the user will be able to open the Quick settings separately. In simple words, if you want to swipe down on the home screen to open either notifications or quick settings, it will be available in the next update.

As far as the availability of the One UI 7.0 update is concerned, it is expected that the company will provide the update, which will be available in the upcoming months.
