Samsung is setting up to expand its wearable smartwatch family by introducing a new Galaxy smartwatch named Galaxy Watch Ultra, which is expected to feature an anti-reflective coating.

The Korean giant will launch many products at the next Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris on July 10th. The upcoming Galaxy Watch Ultra is also supposed to debut at the launch event. Before any official announcement regarding the watch, leaks and rumors are blowing up in the market, revealing more details about the watch.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra May Have Anti-Reflective Screen

The new leak revealed that the upcoming Galaxy Watch Ultra will feature an anti-reflective coating like Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. If this report comes true, then the Galaxy Watch Ultra will be the first smart wearable Galaxy watch to feature this convenience feature called anti-reflective coating. The watch’s anti-reflective coating will manage to cut down on the reflections coming from light sources nearby. This new upgrade will enhance your watch experience in bright scenarios like sunlight.

This report is being speculated by a reliable tipster named @kro_roe, who posted a post on X and mentioned, “The Galaxy Watch Ultra is set to feature an anti-reflective coating.” This statement suggests that the upcoming watch will feature an anti-reflective coating.

However, Samsung has yet to announce this new feature of the watch. Apart from this, the previous reports revealed that the Galaxy Watch Ultra could feature a 1.92-inch LTPO OLED display with 3000 nits peaks and a 502 x 410 pixel resolution. It could run Android Wear OS 4-based One UI Watch 5 out of the box.
