Samsung released new firmware for Galaxy Quantum 3 (Galaxy M53) to fix issues related to messages
Samsung Quantum 3 is getting a new update that will apply new security codes to the messages. The latest update arrived in South Korea exclusively, and it is expected that it may spread outside of the country as well to the original Galaxy M53 devices.
Galaxy Quantum 3 gets a new firmware update with the same May 2024 patch
Samsung has rolled out the new firmware update for the Galaxy Quantum 3 smartphone with the firmware version number M536SKSU6EXF1. The latest update has arrived with a smaller software package of 244.13 MB. It indicates that no major visible change will be applied to the devices.
According to the official changelog, a message-related stabilization code has been applied. In simple words, after installing the latest update, you will get more stability for the functions available under the messages applications. It is worth noticing that the update is coming with the same May 2024 security patch update.
Along with this, the update may also provide new updates for some existing applications., which will improve compatibility and seamless performance with the latest update.
If you are using the Galaxy Quantum 3 smartphone in South Korea, now you can check for the update by going to the software update from the system settings. If you haven’t received the update yet, then wait for some time until it reaches more units.
The Samsung Quantum 3 was launched back in 2022. The device came with Android 12 preinstalled. Later, the device grabbed two more major updates in the form of Android 13 and Android 14, so the device is eligible for at least one more major update and also get some more security patches in the future.
