T-Mobile Glitch Lets Users Instantly Unlock Samsung, Google Phones
T-Mobile, a telecommunications brand that offers wireless services, is the third-largest wireless carrier in the US. T-Mobile requires phones purchased through them to be used on their network for 40 days before unlocking.
T-Mobile locks you into its service for that period, but a few smartphones—for instance, the Samsung and Google Pixel—can be unlocked immediately. Yes! You read that currently, you can immediately unlock your Samsung and Pixel devices without even waiting for 40 days. This is possible due to a sudden glitch.
It is being speculated by the report, which states that a user on Reddit hints that there appears to be a glitch that’s permitting people to unlock their Samsung and Pixel devices. This glitch seems beneficial for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Flip 2, Fold 5, Pixel 7, and Tab A9 Plus.
With this glitch, Pixel users can avoid a time-consuming process, like downloading the T-Mobile Device Unlock (Pixel) from the Play Store and then following the basic steps to unlock their Pixel device. On the other side, Galaxy users also discovered that it can be unlocked from the carrier branding through easy steps. To unlock the Samsung Galaxy device, users have to open the Settings app, go to Connections, click on More Connection Setting, choose Network Unlock, and then request a temporary unlock. Then request a temporary unlock. After completing these steps, wait some time and click on Permanent Unlock to finish.
However, this glitch is letting users of the devices mentioned above unlock their devices without performing all these actions.
