Samsung has rolled out the July 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy A55. The update has reached India and a Middle Eastern country (Egypt), and the update is coming with the firmware version number A556EXXS4AXF6. It is expected that the company will expand the update to more countries.

The July 2024 security patch will provide new security enhancements for the devices. According to the official documentation, there are more than 60 patches introduced, and Google has included 27 patches. Along with this, Samsung has also added 33 more fixes for the vulnerabilities found in the system. Moreover, the update may also bring some improvements that will enhance the device’s functionality.
