Samsung Galaxy A Series July 2024 security patch update live for these Galaxy devices

Samsung is rolling out the July 2024 security patch for eligible Galaxy devices. In the last few days, the company has already introduced the update for most of the popular devices, including the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and many more.

The company has started rolling out the update to three more Galaxy A series devices, including Galaxy A73, Galaxy A52s and Galaxy A15 4G.

The Galaxy A73 and Galaxy A15 4G are spotted getting new updates in Brazil, with firmware version numbers A736BXXS9EXG2 and A155MUBS3BXF2, respectively. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A52s is getting a July 2024 update in Europe, with firmware version number A528BXXS9GXF8.

The July 2024 security patch is a normal security update. As the name suggests, the update will improve the overall security of the device by eradicating the issues found in the last software version.

According to the official documentation, the July 2024 update will provide more than 60 fixes where Google has introduced 27 patches that aim to enhance the Android OS features; along with this, the Korean giant has also added 33 patches to enhance the overall performance of the devices.
