Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 FE are getting July 2024 update in the US

Samsung has started serving the July 2024 security patch to the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21FE devices in the US. it is worth noticing that the update has already introduced the update to some other regions.

Notably, the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 FE are spotted getting updates on the unlocked units. Users who own the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra can identify the update with the firmware version number S911U1UES4CXE9, S916U1UES4CXE9 and S918U1UES4CXE9.

The Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra are getting new updates with the firmware version number G991U1UESCGXF3, G996U1UESCGXF3 and G998U1UESCGXF3 respectively. Meanwhile, the FE variant is getting the same update with the firmware version number G990U1UESCGXF3.

the July 2024 update doesn’t bring any exciting changes or developments for your devices but it will ensure that your device will get the security-related enhancement which allows users to make it less vulnerable.
