Samsung Keyboard detaches YouTube, Spotify and Grammarly plugins
Samsung keyboard has been revamped with the recent One UI 6.1, in which the company introduced many Galaxy AI features that enhanced its utility services.
However, the company-made keyboard is already equipped with several features introduced by different plugins. Still, it is losing some of them, including YouTube, Spotify, and Grammarly.
What do these plugins actually offer?
All these Plugins provide shortcuts for their services. For instance, Grammarly provides a proper audit to correct grammatical mistakes in your typed content.
YouTube extension helps you find a song on video from its original library. Once the video is searched, you can copy the link and send it to another person.
Spotify provides the same services as YouTube, but it only provides links to the songs from its library; with the link, you can share the link of your favourite song with anyone.
Why did Samsung remove them?
Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed when it removed the plugins, and there is also no clue about how it removed them. However, when these features were there for use, their services were advantageous, so the uninstallation was a mystery.
Samsung will want to ensure the security of their device, and these plugins may create possible ways to enter threats.
