Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is the last device in the Note series. The device was eligible to get software update support for four years, and currently, the device is actually running in its last year and getting its latest security patch as an August 2024 update.

Locked Galaxy Note 20 Series August 2024 Update

Samsung rolled out the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra locked units and started getting new security patch updates with the firmware numbers N981USQS9HXH1 and N986USQS9HXH1, respectively. More specifically, the update is spotted on many carriers, including Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast, T-Mobile, etc.
