Samsung has rolled out a new update for the Health monitor, which activates a new heart rhythm notification feature for Galaxy Watch 4 users in India.

What’s the heart rhythm notification?

Samsung has introduced many features that help users monitor health-related parameters like heart rate, e.g., blood pressure, and heart rate with Health Monitor. For better monitoring, the company has started rolling out a new heart rate notification, which will alert users if their heartbeat is inconsistent.

The irregular heart rhythm was already available in several countries. Now, with the latest update, the company has made the heart rhythm notification live in India. According to the report, the heart monitor is coming with a new update, version 1.3.4.004.

Which watches are eligible for the heart rhythm notification feature?

The latest feature is based on the Health Monitor application, so it is available for all the WearOS-based watches, including the Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch FE, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra, so the feature may be available for these watches. However, the feature is currently spotted for the Galaxy Watch 4 only.
